其他補(bǔ)充說明:9.1采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提交的，需遵守以下規(guī)定：供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間將投標(biāo)文件密封送達(dá)指定地點(diǎn)，未在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)送達(dá)或者未按照采購(gòu)文件要求密封的投標(biāo)文件，將予以拒收。
9.2采用快遞郵寄方式提交的，需遵守以下規(guī)定：
9.2.1投標(biāo)文件必須在遞交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間前送達(dá)投標(biāo)文件郵寄地址，采購(gòu)代理機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員簽收郵寄包裹的時(shí)間即為投標(biāo)文件的送達(dá)時(shí)間，逾期送達(dá)的投標(biāo)文件無效。逾期送達(dá)的，后果由供應(yīng)商自行承擔(dān)。
9.2.2為確保郵寄包裹能及時(shí)送達(dá)，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)充分預(yù)留投標(biāo)文件郵寄、送達(dá)所需要的時(shí)間，應(yīng)選擇郵寄運(yùn)送時(shí)間有保障的快遞公司寄送投標(biāo)文件。
9.2.3供應(yīng)商應(yīng)按照采購(gòu)文件要求裝訂密封好投標(biāo)文件后，應(yīng)使用不透明、防水的郵寄袋或箱子再次包裹已密封的投標(biāo)文件，并在郵寄袋或箱子上粘牢注明項(xiàng)目名稱、項(xiàng)目編號(hào)、有效的電子郵箱、聯(lián)系人及聯(lián)系方式的紙質(zhì)表格。

注意：投標(biāo)文件的每一頁(yè)都應(yīng)由單位負(fù)責(zé)人或其授權(quán)代表。用姓或首字母簽字。
9.Other supplementary notes:
(Instructions for bid submitting during pandemic prevention and control period: On site submission or express delivery or mail is allowed)
9.1 On-site submission：The following provisions shall be observed: the bidder shall seal and deliver the bid documents to the designated place before the deadline for submitting bids. The bid documents not being delivered within the specified time or sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents will be rejected.
9.2 Express delivery submission：The following provisions shall be observed:
9.2.1 the bid document must be delivered to the mailing address of the bidding Documents before the deadline for submitting bids. The time when the staff of the tendering agent signs for the mailing package is the delivery time of the bid document. The bid document delivered late is invalid, the bidder shall bear the consequences.
9.2.2 In order to ensure the timely delivery of mailed packages, the bidder shall fully reserve the time required for the mailing and delivery of bid documents, and shall choose an express company with guaranteed mailing and delivery time to send the bid documents.
9.2.3 The bidder shall bind and seal the bid documents according to the requirements of the bidding Documents, and then wrap the sealed bid documents again in an opaque and waterproof mail bag or box, and stick a paper form with project name, project number, valid e-mail address, contact person and contact information on the mail bag or box.
