3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China;
3.2 If the bidder is an agent, they must have a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the proposed explosive detector, passenger hand luggage X-ray machine, luggage transport X-ray machine (dual channel), large luggage transport X-ray machine, and cargo security inspection mechanism for this project (a manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for the same brand and model of equipment, otherwise the bid is invalid; the special product agency authorization letter must specify the equipment model, and bids that do not reflect the equipment model are invalid);
3.3 The bidder intends to provide security gates, handheld metal detectors, explosive detectors, passenger hand luggage X-ray machines, luggage transport X-ray machines (dual channel), large luggage transport X-ray machines, and cargo security inspection machines that must have a valid Civil Aviation Safety Inspection Equipment Use License issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China;
3.4 If the person in charge of the unit is the same or if there is a controlling or management relationship between different units, they shall not participate in the bidding of this bidding project at the same time;
3.5 Credit Requirements:
