Bidding Content:The bidding scope for the signal system of the southern extension project of Changchun Urban Rail Transit Line 3 includes but is not limited to specific regulations and requirements for the design, design liaison, manufacturing, factory inspection, insurance, packaging and shipping, transportation, warehousing, delivery, installation supervision, testing, experimentation, comprehensive joint debugging, safety assessment, acceptance, trial operation, opening, equipment performance confirmation, personnel training, provision of spare parts and instruments and tools, correction and maintenance of system defects during the quality assurance period. The signal system provided by the bidder shall ensure that the signal system of this project is compatible with the existing Line 3 Phase I, Phase II, and East Extension projects, and can be effectively connected and integrated to meet the requirements of seamless operation between this project and the existing projects. Bidders shall investigate the configuration and operation status of existing equipment on their own, be responsible for equipment supply, installation supervision, interface debugging, system integration and other work related to the upgrading and transformation of the through operation, and ensure that the system passes the system acceptance. At the same time, they must ensure that the system operation and maintenance methods before and after the through operation are unified.
