The manufacturer's total performance of similar manual dynamic test bench equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) should be no less than 10 units. (A copy of the contract or order must be provided in the tender documents.
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer's "Manufacturer's Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
